P90x: Welcome

I am going to begin the P90x program today with Chest and Back. Yesterday, I went to the grocery store and got all the needed food to start the nutrition portion of the program. I have a feeling I did not get enough meat and that I will 'carb crash' throughout the week into next week. It is going to be rough doing a high protein diet, not to mention expensive buying all this chicken, fat free ham, and turkey breast. I am willing to give it a try though.

If the nutrition portion does not seem to work, I might try adding a few more carbs for energy. I've never been on a high protein low carb diet. 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fats...

What are your experiences with a high protein, low carb diet?
