Howdy,
Saturday night I did my fit test for the P90x workout program to record where I began to see how much I progress throughout the program.
Vertical Leap - I am able to touch our ceiling (don't have a place to jump) which is 9 or 10 foot.
Pushups - 52
Pullups - 10
Stretch with feet together - 2 inches from my toes
Wall Squat - 1:03
In and Outs - 41
I figure these are pretty good metrics to measure overall fitness. Do you think these metrics are a good indicator of overall physical fitness?
