Kenpo X
My apologies for getting behind in posting. I assure you I am still adhering to the P90X workout program.
This workout went splendidly! I built up quite a sweat towards the beginning of Kenpo. I was really pushing it pretty hard as Mr. Tony Horton suggests. I have to admit, I do not yell when they yell. I think the fiancee would not enjoy that too much. I can see it now, I start yelling during punches and kicks and here comes the police that would have been called by my neighbors thinking someone broke in again. My yells would be mighty enough to hint at a struggle next door, that is how fearsome I am. Simply Terrifying!
My thoughts: My second time doing Kenpo X was substantially better than the first time. I think that first week I was too concerned with actually learning the moves that I couldn't get a very good workout. Also, the fear of hurting myself has been lingering in my brain. It would suck to hurt yourself at the beginning of a 13 week program only to postpone the program till recovery occurs.
Do you yell when you kick and punch?
